Lower Limb Assessment
Comprehensive vascular and wound assessment of the lower limbs, including Ankle Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI) measurement to guide safe compression therapy.
Compression Therapy
Evidence-based compression bandaging and hosiery for venous leg ulcers and oedema management, prescribed and applied by a specialist nurse practitioner.
Chronic & Hard-to-Heal Wounds
Special interest in hard-to-heal and complex wounds. Specialist assessment and management plans for wounds that have not healed within the expected timeframe, including venous, arterial and mixed aetiology wounds.
Skin Tears & Acute Wounds
Assessment and treatment of skin tears, surgical wounds, traumatic wounds and post-procedural wounds using current best-practice frameworks.
Pressure Injury Prevention & Management
Risk assessment, prevention strategies and management plans for pressure injuries, particularly in high-risk populations including aged care residents and NDIS participants.
Collaboration with Nursing Teams
Recommendations and education for district nurses, practice nurses and aged care staff to support ongoing wound care between specialist reviews.
Wound Practice Auditing
Auditing of wound care practices and wound product usage in aged care facilities, with recommendations to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Wound Management Plans
Tailored, individualised wound management plans provided to patients and their treating teams, including GPs, district nurses and allied health professionals.

Face-to-face consultations at our Wonthaggi clinic. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, by appointment only.
Home Visits — Gippsland Region
Home visits available for NDIS, TAC and Home Care Package patients across the Gippsland region. A travel charge applies based on distance — please enquire.
Telehealth — Australia Wide
Telehealth consultations available for patients anywhere in Australia. Ideal for initial consultations, plan reviews and patients in remote or rural areas.

Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients who have no other funding options (such as NDIS, TAC, Home Care Package or WorkSafe). Please enquire to confirm your eligibility.
Initial Consultation
Comprehensive wound assessment, diagnosis and management plan. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients with no other funding.
Review Consultation
Follow-up assessment and plan review. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients with no other funding.
Home Visit Travel
A travel charge applies for home visits within the Gippsland region, based on distance from Wonthaggi. Please enquire.
Wound Consumables
Dressings and consumables used during consultations are charged at cost. NDIS and Home Care Package funding may cover these.
