Telehealth consultations are carried out remotely using videoconferencing or over the telephone.
As with our face to face/ In-home appointments, Wound Care Solutions also offers upskilling of staff using clinical coaching and mentoring. This can occur via telehealth by having a staff member present during the consultations and being guided by our clinical team.

Following the telehealth/telephone consultation, a Wound Assessment and individualised Wound Management Plan will be provided.
Physical wound treatment can then be provided by the Aged Care facility, Practice Nurses at the GP clinic or Community nurses in accordance with the Wound Management plan.
